The bulb type uses a standard 1157 style light bulb and the LED type uses 80 individual LED lights. LED lights are unaffected by moisture or vibration and do not produce voltage robbing heat. They are also known for their extreme life span and draw only 9 watts of power as opposed to the 29 watts of power that the OE style bulb uses. Both 12 volt taillight assemblies include approximately 5 feet of lead wire (1994-Later fitment may need wire lead update) and mounting speed nuts.
